This 8-hour presentation delves into smashing the stigma of compromised mental health, wellness, and interpersonal understanding. We explore a comprehensive PTSD timeline, covering events leading to PTSD, risk factors, triggers, warning signs, diagnosis, and avenues for seeking help and supporting others in their journey. This session underscores the significance of prioritizing self-care by putting on an oxygen mask on ourselves before trying to help others. By focusing on our mental health and wellness, we aim to increase awareness and better nurture ourselves and one another, ultimately contributing to saving lives on both sides of the call.

Reset It, Before You Regret It!

If you're seeking a customer service reset and insights on TTY, EMD refresh, social media do's and don'ts, and valuable free tools to enhance your performance, this class is tailored for you!"

The Team Leadership Approach: Igniting a Morale-Driven Mindset!

Description: No matter what position you hold in your organization, each team member plays an integral role in the trajectory of morale. This comprehensive class is designed to provide a well-rounded understanding of an effective team-driven morale mindset. This integrated learning experience helps to understand how leadership responsibilities and team buy-in are intertwined and necessary. We will share the most popular thoughts of hundreds of ECC teams nationwide on what we need to keep doing, start doing, and stop doing to improve morale.

Topics include but are not limited to self-awareness, challenging behaviors, letting go of the past, and changing negative perspectives to more positive ones. This will leave your team better equipped to create a more productive work environment where effective leadership and high team morale work together to drive success.

Cognitive Diversity: Understanding Why Our Brains Don’t “Brain” the Same!

Description: From dispelling common myths to identifying neurodivergent versus neurotypical traits, participants will gain valuable insights and practical strategies for effective interactions with both neurotypes.

Embracing flexibility in communication and setting realistic expectations of others is essential to accommodate the diverse cognitive needs within our teams.

Attendees will leave with tools, tips, and tricks for successful personal and interpersonal understanding, especially regarding procrastination, perfectionism, delegation, accommodations, and feeling less than others.

Embracing different cognitive styles creates a more inclusive and productive work environment. The goal of this session is to create an inclusive and supportive atmosphere to celebrate our differences rather than tolerate them, embrace the strengths that each unique mind brings to their team, and work better together.
